Unidentified Body Found in Central Kashmir

 





SRINAGAR: An unidentified body was recovered from Jhelum in the Parimpora area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday afternoon.


An official said that an unidentified decomposed dead body was recovered from Jhelum.


He said that police took their body into their custody and identification is being ascertained.


He added that further investigation in this regard has been taken up.(KS)

  *MeT forecasts ‘scattered to fairly widespread’ light rains, snow in J&K* *Night Temp Records Fall At Most Places In Kashmir, Minus 2.0 In Srinagar* Srinagar, Feb 26(GNS): Weather department here has forecast light rain and snow at “scattered to fairly widespread” places in Jammu and Kashmir from Monday night to forenoon of Tuesday.  A meteorological department official here said that on February 28-29, partly to generally cloudy weather is expected with possibility of light rain and snow at isolated places.
